ALL-ON-4

ALL-ON-4 is a technique used in toothless patients. It is a concept that allows complete oral rehabilitation in just one day. It is a complete implant bridge solution that is fixed to 4 implants. The purpose of such a bridge is to replace all lost structures (teeth, dental flesh and bone) and establish full function of the chewing system. It gives patients a good function, top aesthetics and a sense of natural tooth. This innovative technique is ideal in cases of bone loss in the jaw regions.

How is the ALL-ON-4 oral rehabilitation procedure implemented?
A dentist will make a first scan and rtg, newly CAD diagnosis and a plan of the operation, before the implantation. Prior to the procedure it is necessary to do a detailed analysis of the bone structure and a CBCT. The surgical implant procedure is performed in local anesthesia, followed by a prosthetic part. Ultimately, the patient gets a fixed prosthetic solution with which the entire procedure ends and all in just one day.

AESTHETIC STOMATOLOGY

Crowns

Crowns are prosthetic substitutes that reconstruct the function and aesthetics of the damaged teeth (avital teeth, teeth damaged by extensive caries, great lack of dental tissue, replacement of the old crowns). The materials used today for making crowns are metal ceramics (under porcelain is a skeleton of entaline alloys placed), zirconium oxide, and nonmetallic ceramics. Metals ceramics have extremely good functional properties, although not considered fully aesthetic, due to the possibility of sifting the metal edge during the withdrawal of dental flesh.

Non-metallic ceramics represent aesthetic replacement for crowns with metal core. The mechanical feature and durability of the nonmetal crown is equal to the metal-ceramic, but with a higher level of aesthetics.

Bridges

Bridges are prosthetic functional and aesthetic substitutes replacing one or more teeth. Lack of teeth can lead to pathological changes in the bite, stirring and tilt of the tooth, jaw joint damage and periodontal disease development. In bridging, it is necessary to grind the next teeth which will serve as bridge carrier. Most consists of a crown-carrier and body bridge that extends between and replaces missing teeth. CAD-CAM TECHNOLOGY

The system used to make all kinds of ceramic substitutes is CAD-CAM, ie Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing, meaning that a ceramic fixed prosthetic replacement is designed and manufactured by a computer.

On what principle does CAD - CAM work?

CAD - CAM systems consist of a camera that scans the situation in the mouth and the boundary of tooth preparation with high precision. Thanks to CEREC Blucam cameras it is possible to directly scan the prepared tooth in the mouth cavity.

The CAD-CAM computer display shows 3D tooth image and allows the dentist to precisely design the crown with the mouse moves.
Thereafter, the mechanical production "milling" takes place in a special chamber that processes the blocks of aesthetic porcelain material and transforms them into a base of prosthodontic work which is further applied by ceramics and fine aesthetic corrections to create the best effect of the natural tooth.

The RVG camera provides digital image processing and a three-dimensional view of the RVG recordings. Dimensions and structure of bone, teeth and wrists can also be measured and analyzed using RVG apparatus.
The digital orthopantomograph Kodak 8000 (www.kodakdental.com) camera ia used for recording the entire upper and lower jaw, with the possibility of recording TM joints and maxillary sinuses, as well as an RVG camera, the digital orthopantomograph provides digital image processing and a three-dimensional view that we get from the footage.
STOMATOLOGICAL CT - CS 9000 3D System focuses on very small radiation radiation at a certain area of exposure so that the patient is exposed to the smallest possible radiation dose.

The CS 9000 3D System is used for a variety of dental applications, making everyday use easier for the chair. It is used in orthodontics for precision diagnosis ... Sharp orthodontic software:
Shape orthodontic software allows taking the upper and lower jaw prints in digital format.
The review that has been quite uncomfortable since then has been simplified and fully acceptable for every patient.
With a digital camera as a basic part of the 3Shape device, the upper and lower jaw teeth are scanned with their display on the screen.
The whole procedure lasts 15 minutes and is pleasing to the patient.
With the help of computer measurements are more accurate, all data is stored in digital form, enabling faster time to set up diagnosis and planning optimal therapy.
